Before being the President of Ojasam, Bipin has held senior leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized companies, and startups.


With over 30 years of experience in Management Consulting and Technology Consulting, Bipin has been a trusted advisor to senior executives and managers providing thought leadership, critical thinking, structure, planning, and execution on strategic opportunities. Bipin has a track record in dynamic, complex industries and highly competitive business environments of driving revenue growth and reducing costs.

Before starting Ojasam, Bipin held leadership roles and worked with innovative companies such as American Airlines, Sabre, EDS, HP, Asurion, and other large/mid-sized/startups. Over his career, Bipin has delivered millions of dollars in measurable client benefits.

Having lived in three different continents, Bipin comes with a lot of cultural awareness and unique perspectives of working with a diverse workforce. He has a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Computer Engineering from University of Mumbai and an Executive MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
